## Katherine, the AI receptionist

Katherine can answer calls 24/7 in a business's own name, tells callers she is an AI and that the call is recorded, books appointments, and flags urgent calls to the owner. She is sold on her own, separately from CortexaOS, and billed per minute when used on a CortexaOS plan.

- AES-256 encryption at rest on all stored data
- TLS 1.3 in transit for all API and dashboard traffic
- HTTP-only, SameSite cookies for session management — no localStorage tokens
- Field-level encryption for the most sensitive records via AES-256-GCM
- Vercel Edge Network with DDoS protection and WAF
